Effect: The spectator is handed six cards with 30 random numbers on each card. They are to mix up the cards, and simply think of one number they see. They place all of the cards that their thought of number appears on, face down on the table. They can hold on to the unused cards. Without ever seeing the numbers, or without the spectator naming the number, you are able to divine their number. You can reveal the number any way you like. Once you hand the spectator the cards at the beginning, you never touch them again.

Secret: This is an old effect that I updated to make it seem more impossible. The effect is almost self working,. Basically follow the effect above. You can figure out their thought of number from the cards they give back to you. The top left number on the number side is the key number. Simply add together the key numbers from all the cards they say their thought of number appears on, and the result will be their thought of number! To make it seem more impossible, I wanted to add the element of never seeing the numbers. So I created a marked back design on each card. That way, you can read the key number without ever having to turn the card over. This makes the effect very powerful. Read the instructions on the next page on how to read the marks.

Here are the backs of the cards. They are marked so that you can read the spectators mind without even looking at the numbers. Each key number is hidden along the edge of the backs. Notice the side-by-side filled in dots in the center of the border, that is the bottom. To read the cards, simply look at the top left, and read the border. The filled in dot is placed at the same place as the key number that you need to add together. The first one is filled in for 1, the second dot for 2, the fourth dot for 4, the eighth for 8, the sixteenth for 16, and the thirty-second for 32. So if they lay down the cards that have the markings 1, 2, and 8, you know their thought of card is 11. You will place the first sheet you printed back into the paper supply, and print these on the other side to complete the cards.

I have already created the cards for you. I didnt get everything lined up perfectly , but I have printed them, and cut them, and they were close enough for me lol. You can also create your own cards.
