same principle as the elevator card trick, do a double lift and show two cards as one (i.e 3 of hearts) place both cards back onto the pack then take the top card and place it face down in the right hand the spectator will believe this to the three of hearts now take the next card off the top and place it face down in the left hand this card is the three of hearts, now say something like "im going to thro the cards so fast that you wont see them move" pretend to thro the cards then reveal them it looks like you thro the three of diamonds so fast they didnt see it move. fast and easy and can get a good reaction
