Statement-Statements! -

Effect: A magician tells a spectator to choose a few of cards, while the magician himself also take some of the cards. Both of them count thier own cards but never tell anyone of them how many cards they have. The magician then make 3 statements that eventually shocked their spectator !
Method: just like how I said above, specator and magician take some cards from a deck of cards. But , remember, magician should take more cards than the spectator. Assume, the magician have 18 cards, while spactator had only 8cards.
The 3 statements by magician is:
1. I have the same number of cards as you, but this card thing do makes me dizzy, so I was hardly remember how many it was!
2. But, never mind, I am sure I have 2 ( let's say 2) extra cards.
3. And, I guaranteed you that I have enough left cards add up to your cards equals to 16 cards.
In the second statement, magician could think of any number but it is better be 2, 3 and 4 . The third statement depends on how many number you think in the 2nd statement. The magician has 18 cards here, so when he thinks number 2 in the 2nd statement, just minus 2 by 18, then it equals to 16.
Ask your spectator how many cards he have. The spectator has 8 cards here, so magician should take out 8 cards from his own deck of cards. And then , the magician takes out 2 extra cards. Then the magician only left 8 cards in his own hand, add up the left cards with the spectator's cards were equaled to 16 cards!
