i think i know how he does it. i foundthis web site on some of the things criss angle does..
ok if you notice criss weres baggy clothes he has inner tubes that are attched to his clothes and he inner tubes are filled with helium and all he has to do is push off with his toes..

actually i did a little more diggin when i was watchin the video of criss levitated over the luxor
i noticed his feet were to flat. it look like he standing on something. and he is its plexyglass.

its a plexiglass box set ontop, and hes standing on it. just like when he walks over the water in the pool.
the light is so bright on top of that that you cant see it!!
thats the beauty of plexigalss.

i know how criss levitates on the luxor, its not really him, its a hologram, thats why he did at night, if he did it in the day it would look fake, while the hologram was up there he was right under it screaming through a megaphone

but i thought plexi glass can be see on air only not on water!
