This is Desire by Max Maven

Effect: The performer displays 5 un-gimmicked business cards. He looks for 5 audience members who are willing to take part in the experiment. He passes a business card to the first one, and asks him to think of a place where he wants to be. It can be every country, city or village worldwide. The four other spectators are asked to think of a place, where they actually have been already. The performer turns his head away, one of the volunteers gives the business cards a good shuffle and hands them to the performer. He holds his hand above every single card. He “eliminates” all four cards which contain the visited places. At the end, he reveals the chosen place without ever looking at the card.
